Jaime was prompt and polite. He explained what they were going to do. One truck did the aeration a pond seeding, and a second truck was coming with the organic top dressing. They even used a leaf blower to clear those off my grass. Very satisfied with the job.

After interviewing several companies, I decided on Velvet Green as they seemed to really care about lawn service and needs/concerns of the customer. Having had my first visit from Patty, I believe I chose correctly -- she was extremely informative and much more detailed than other companies I've used in the past. Her recommendations and guidance were knowledgeable and professional and certainly not "cookie-cutter". And although very professional, she was extremely pleasant to talk to - no rushing - just wanted to be sure that I understood the process and both she and the Velvet Green Team were available for any future questions and concerns.
