After years of do-it-yourself attempts with lackluster results, I called Velvet Green and have been beyond impressed with not only the improvement in our lawn but also the high-quality customer service. The team there is very knowledgeable, reasonable (no pressure/upselling), and helpful. Always willing to answer questions and provide useful tips, aiming for long term results. I just signed up with Velvet Green for their lawn care service. The sign up process was easy and communication has been great. They came for the initial service of a Lyme application and soil sampling. It is way too early to measure results but so far so good.
