I just signed up with Velvet Green for their lawn care service. The sign up process was easy and communication has been great. They came for the initial service of a Lyme application and soil sampling. It is way too early to measure results but so far so good.
My lawn is night and day better since Velvet Green started their work at the beginning of this season. Not only do they provide a ton of useful info on their website and youtube channel, but they do a wonderful job of communicating every step of the process. They send emails letting you know when they'll be arriving and then follow up reports with their assessment of your lawn post-treatment. 5/5.
Velvet Green treats my lawn with organic products, which I love. My technician, Patty, does a great job and always answers any questions that I have. She is prompt and makes sure my entire lawn is treated. Highly recommend!
