Not only do they provide a ton of useful info on their website and youtube channel, but they do a wonderful job of communicating every step of the process. They send emails letting you know when they'll be arriving and then follow up reports with their assessment of your lawn post-treatment. 5/5.
I just signed up with Velvet Green for their lawn care service. The sign up process was easy and communication has been great. They came for the initial service of a Lyme application and soil sampling. It is way too early to measure results but so far so good.
UPDATE: after three consecutive seasons using Velvet Green our lawn is thick and green even after a summer of sparse rain. See the third season photo. My husband and I are so pleased with the service and the results we’ve seen in our lawn. In May 2022, Velvet Green began taking care of our lawn. Their people are knowledgeable and professional.
