Jaime at Velvet Green came and aerated, seeded, and top dressed my lawn. They were very efficient and wasted no time getting their work completed and left the place looking great! I had recently purchased my own grass seed and they had no problem putting it down for me with absolutely no pressure for me to use their seed. GREAT EXPERIENCE, would highly recommend!
